Hailed from Zappos.com where I lead the blog/video and social marketing team with a team of very talented and equally funny and random individuals and now I'm 'orchestrating' communities of happy people in order to help cultivate and deliver happiness around the world.
I orchestrate the the building and planning of the Delivering Happiness online and offline communities as well as the publishing of all content to our social media platforms.
I am the overseer of our social media/community team as well as our CHAT (Community Happiness Action Team) which Delivering Happiness' version of a customer loyalty team.
Oh yeah, also spreading happiness is a large part of what I do too ;)
