I am a software developer/architect, born in 1979. I own the company Sorted Bits, which I use to release iOS, Mac and web projects.
I am the father of 2 kids and married to my supporting wife.
Sorted Bits is the company I founded for releasing all kinds of projects. Mostly they are iOS projects and .NET web projects.
A lot of time goes into developing software for my company and I hope that one day I can do this full time.
At the time, you can visit my site and buy one of my products, just to support me and be nice ;).
This company sells 'planning software'. One of my tasks here is to set up a mobile version of the product. Making sure it runs on all kinds of mobile devices.
Programming languages we use? C#, Silverlight, JavaScript, Razor.
One of the largest dutch ISP's, where I worked as a developer on a lot of projects. Used all kinds of languages here too, like PHP, C++ and C#.
You know those annoying 'free internet' CD's you got back in the days? Well, we made those too. I am really sorry about that. I apologize :) .
This was a computer shop where I worked for a couple of years. I did all kinds of stuff there: building computers, configuring networks, scanning your dads PC for viruses (again).
Spend way to much money there on hardware but it also learned me a lot of stuff.
Most expensive spendings?
- IIyama 22" CRT monitor, around a 1000 euro's back in 1997 which is about ONE BILLION DOLLARS nowadays.
- Plextor SCSI CD Drive + Plextor SCSI CD Burner, around 800 euro's back in 1998, but no more buffer underruns!!
