Project manager in product design and CNC fabrication for Corian manufacturer. Restructured entire digital workflow process including reprogramming GCode for all 3 CNC machines. Wrote corresponding procedures manual and conducted an instructional class for other designers.
Continued collaboration in animation productions in addition to consulting for exhibitions and interiors. Projects include pAlice, Blue Marlin, and CROMA.
Instructed lessons in digital systems and fabrication for professors preparing for the inaugural year of the undergraduate program.
Worked on international competitions of all scales as well as local buildings in the construction phase. Responsibilities ranged from physical model making to exact-precision digital fabrication models to coordination of urban scale planning with major consultants. Projects involvement included: Yas Hotel, Gazelle Island, 166 Perry Street, & Strata Tower.
Worked independently designing and compiling full sets of construction documents for various retail spaces throughout the United States and United Kingdom as well as carrying most of the responsibility for 3D modeling of all projects in office. With a focus on brand development, our clients included American Apparel, O₂, and Apple.
Worked closely under direction of supervisor as the only two representatives in the New York office of a San Francisco based firm. Directly involved in design decision making and coordination with principal and contractors, from schematics through construction documents to interior design.
